Free online courses are available by visiting HP Learning Center. The courses change from month to month so if you don't see the course you are looking for, be sure to check back later. Also, HP Canada offer different courses to the American site so check both before giving up.
If you need to improve your typing, try Easy Type. They offer a complete typing course as well as a testing center where you can sharpen your skills.
