About Ask Us

'Ask Us' is a service which aims to answer all your questions within 48 hours of receiving them. Questions may be on virtually any topic with the exception of Sports.

'Ask Us' does not claim to be an expert in all fields, if your question is too technical, we will tell you. We may suggest further lines of enquiry and will often suggest links which answer your question more fully.

If you don't have MS Office, we encourage you to download OpenOffice as this is an open source (ie: totally free) alternative. If you have questions about OpenOffice, please ask and we will be happy to try and answer.

If you need medical or legal advice, please do not Ask Us as we are not your doctor / lawyer.

How does it Work ?

'Ask Us' is a free service provided by Computer Plus. By clicking on the 'Ask Us' buttons anywhere in the page, you will be directed here where you can ask your question.

Ground Rules

• Please only ask one question per email.
• No Sports questions!
• If you are a student, don't ask us to do your homework or assignments for you (If you are stuck, we may suggest helpful resources but that is all that we will do).
• No personal questions (these will be ignored).
